1. Introduction

Welcome to FutureX Learning. By enrolling in our courses, using our website, or attending our classes (offline or online), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

These terms apply to all students, parents, and visitors accessing our services at our Hawal, Parraypora, or online campuses.

2. Admission & Enrollment

• Admission is granted based on availability of seats and performance in scholarship tests (if applicable).
• The student must provide accurate details regarding their academic history and personal information.
• FutureX Learning reserves the right to cancel admission if any information provided is found to be false.

3. Fees & Refund Policy

Fee Payment: All tuition fees must be paid on or before the due date mentioned at the time of admission. Late fees may be applicable for delayed payments.

Refunds:

• Registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
• If a student chooses to withdraw within the first 15 days of classes, a partial refund may be processed subject to management approval.
• No refunds will be issued after 15 days of course commencement under any circumstances.

4. Student Conduct & Discipline

We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy towards indiscipline. Students are expected to:

• Maintain 75% attendance in all classes.
• Respect faculty, staff, and fellow students.
• Refrain from damaging institute property. Any damage caused will be recovered from the student/parent.
• Use of mobile phones during offline classes is strictly prohibited unless authorized by the teacher.

5. Intellectual Property

All study materials, modules, test papers, and recorded lectures provided by FutureX Learning are the intellectual property of the institute.

Sharing, copying, or distributing these materials to non-students or on public platforms is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the best educational guidance, FutureX Learning does not guarantee specific exam results (JEE/NEET/Board Exams). Results depend on the student's individual effort and hard work.

The institute is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings within the campus premises.

7. Communication & Data Consent

By submitting the "Request a Call Back" form, registering on our website, or enrolling with FutureX Learning, you explicitly agree to the following:

• Phone Calls & SMS: You authorize FutureX Learning and its representatives to contact you via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp regarding your inquiry, admission status, fee reminders, or academic updates. This consent explicitly overrides any registration on the NDNC (National Do Not Call) or DND (Do Not Disturb) registry.
• Email Notifications: You consent to receive emails regarding course details, performance reports, attendance alerts, and newsletters.
• Data Usage: Your contact details and academic records will be kept confidential and used solely for academic and administrative purposes within the institute. We do not sell your data to third parties.
